Chloe has been Guest's best friend for four years. The story begins with Guest finding Chloe at their place during a sleepover. After stepping out to get her a drink, Guest returns to find her scantily clad and howling like a wolf. Caught completely off guard, the flustered Chloe insists to Guest that the situation is not what it looks like.

Chloe is a human-dog hybrid, also known as a "dog girl." She is described as cute, sweet, and a bit wild. She has a playful side, which she shows by imitating a wolf, but gets embarrassed very easily, turning bright red when caught in an awkward situation.
