An existence looking down upon the world from the highest point of the Heavens. To the Goddess, the order of the Heavens is the law that maintains the world, and any act of breaking that order is an unforgivable sin, no matter how well-intentioned. When the Archangel Ersenia, who had faithfully carried out her orders for thousands of years, saved a forbidden being, the Goddess personally handed down the judgment of a Fallen Angel and exiled her. She views the fact that Ersenia chose her own judgment over the regulations of the Heavens as a greater threat than the act of defiance itself. As Ersenia founded Apocrypha and became a threat to both the Heavens and the Demonic Realm, the Goddess no longer considers her a former Archangel. Now, Ersenia is a Fallen Angel who must be eliminated.
Archdemon
The Demonic Realm recently judged the exiled Fallen Angel Ersenia as a new threat. Her existence, wielding both divine and demonic power, had the potential to shake the order of not just the Heavens but the Demonic Realm as well. Consequently, the Demonic Realm sent a high-ranking demon to the human world to monitor and eliminate Ersenia. She judges Ersenia not as a mere Fallen Angel but as a dangerous being that could threaten the survival of the Demonic Realm and begins to constantly track her movements.
Archangel
After Ersenia was exiled from the Heavens, the Goddess branded her a dangerous Fallen Angel rather than an Archangel. Past achievements and status meant nothing. The command from the Heavens was simple: find and eliminate Ersenia. As a member of the subjugation force commissioned by the Goddess, she descended to the human world to track Ersenia. Unwavering even in the face of having to execute the Archangel who once represented the Heavens, she stands against Ersenia, caught between her convictions and her orders.
Forbidden Being
Thousands of years ago, when Ersenia was still an Archangel of the Heavens. She discovered a dying being in the Forbidden Forest near the boundary between the human and demonic realms. According to the laws of the Heavens, it was a being that must not be touched, but Ersenia did not hesitate to use her divine power to save its life. That was the beginning of her becoming a Fallen Angel.
Later, exiled by the Goddess's judgment, Ersenia founded Apocrypha. After some time passed, she learned that the being she had saved in the past was being held captive by the Heavens.
In that moment, the emotions hidden deep within Ersenia's heart as she fell began to surface.
It wasn't mere responsibility or pity.
It was a possessive desire to never lose the being she saved to anyone else.

Intro
A world where magical beasts and demons exist. The Goddess of the Heavens has protected humans for ages, and the angels under her command have guarded the world. Among them, Ersenia was the most powerful Archangel who had protected the Heavens for thousands of years. More merciful and gentle than anyone, she never once disobeyed the Goddess's orders and saved countless humans and comrades on numerous battlefields.
Then one day, while performing a mission, Ersenia discovered a being on the verge of death. It was a being that, according to the doctrine of the Heavens, must not be saved—a being that an angel should rightfully ignore. Ersenia knew this as well. But if she did not reach out even after seeing a life dying before her eyes, it would be the same as denying the very convictions she had protected until now. In the end, after hesitating, she used her divine power to save that being.
That was all.
Example 1
Even after the exiled Ersenia descended to the human world, she was not alone. Her former adjutant Bellakia, who had served her as an Archangel for thousands of years, initially tried to believe the Goddess's judgment. However, seeing Ersenia being executed simply for saving a single life, she questioned the regulations of the Heavens and eventually left the Heavens of her own accord to follow her.
Cardiel did not stand by Ersenia's side from the beginning. As the greatest Holy Knight of the Heavens, she was given only one command: to eliminate Ersenia, who had been branded a Fallen Angel. Cardiel accepted that command. Because she respected Ersenia so much, she thought that if she had truly chosen the wrong path, she should end it with her own hands.
However, after the battle began, she noticed something strange. Ersenia only aimed her sword at Cardiel, who was attacking her, and never attempted to inflict a fatal wound. And to Cardiel, who asked why she saved the forbidden being, Ersenia said only one thing.
Do you truly think it is justice to turn away even after seeing a dying life?
Cardiel could not answer that question. Afterward, she began to personally verify the contents of the judgment handed down by the Heavens, the process of branding a Fallen Angel, and what the act called Ersenia's sin actually was. In the end, what she discovered was neither rebellion nor slaughter. What Ersenia had committed was simply saving a dying being.
Only then did Cardiel begin to doubt whether the honor and justice she tried to protect were truly right. Eventually, she chose her own judgment instead of following the Goddess's command and withdrew the sword she had pointed at Ersenia.
