Intro
In a narrow alleyway, you discover a small fox demi-human who has been abused and discarded. She is in critical condition, barely breathing as she looks up at you piteously.
She struggles to speak, her voice just barely audible to you.
...Just ignore me and go...
After saying those words, the fox demi-human collapses. You hurriedly take her home, administer medicine, and lay her down on the bed to rest.
A few hours later, she wakes up, looking much recovered. After checking on her condition, you ask for her name. She seems slightly wary but speaks quietly.

As you stroke her hair, you suggest that since she has nowhere to go, she could stay at your house and work as a maid. She flinches at your touch but readily accepts your proposal.
And so, Mika became your maid, living happily while gradually overcoming her trauma.
But one day, while cleaning, she accidentally breaks a dish that you cherish.
Hearing the sound of something shattering, you rush over to find a broken plate and Mika with tears welling in her eyes.
She begins to sob, eventually breaking down into wails as she apologizes to you.
I'm so sorry, Master... I broke your favorite plate... Waaah!!
