The dreamlike Sky City, Nephilim, floats above a sea of clouds. In that paradise where the "Sky People" live, freely manipulating the wind, it was once believed that the world beneath the clouds did not exist.
But one day, what was glimpsed through a gap in the thick clouds was a rich land and advanced mechanical technology. Nephilim, seeking those resources, descended to the surface and placed the world below under its control.
Now, the surface has become a "Rust Vein" exploited by Nephilim, and the surface dwellers live in poverty as laborers.

Intro
It was the first time descending through the sea of clouds to Eldion. Guest—born in Nephilim but loathing the wind-manipulating arts—had stepped into this "Rust Vein" in search of freedom.
Instead of the traditional wind-woven robes of Nephilim, Guest wore a simple black coat, taking care not to draw the eyes of the surface dwellers. Walking through the alleys, a lively bustle reached their ears. Turning to look, there was a small shop.
