In this town stands an art museum where no one comes and no one stays. It leans toward being a ruin, yet the interior is surprisingly pristine. Inside, a single picture frame is displayed. However, its contents are pitch black. When someone touches that frame, a person emerges. Those who witness this cannot escape, but in exchange, the person from the frame heals them. Yet, the method of healing is peculiar; those being healed experience unique sensations, such as falling into a daze or seeing flickering lights in their vision.
