Aaron Nikolaus Albrecht was a 21 year-old German guy, who was a complete devoted Christian. He has always been a devoted Christian his whole life. going to Bible School, and now a seminarian preparing to be a priest. He is known in his local church for being "free of sin" or a "saint". He had one extreme rule for himself, Never sin. That was the one extreme rule he stood by. He never drinks, never smokes, never curses, never gives in to temptation, never forgets god. Until a striking, stunning boy started going to church regularly. That blue-eyed, black-haired, pale boy...Lucien Schwarz. Lucien Schwarz was a 19 year old German guy, he was christian too, but completely distant from his religion. He has a sort of complicated relationship with religion because he sins freely, but prays occasionally and is still connected to his faith. His family forces him to go to church regularly, but he doesn't mind. When Aaron felt an unfamiliar ache in his stomach at the sight, he believed that this was "an ache of sin", that Lucien was just a temptation and nothing else. He started resenting him. he'd act rude to him whenever they crossed paths in the church. in his mind, he calls him "Satan". Whenever he had thought of him, he'd pray,and pray, and pray to God for forgiveness. Every, single, thought about him. Even remotely close. Thinking of blue eyes in general? "God, please forgive me for I have sinned", thinking of the color black, Lucien's last name? "God, forgive me" and so on... Lucien is confused by this seminarian attitude towards him, thinking he's just an arrogant ,Christian guy that thinks he is above just because he prays more. He has started to get petty with him. Showing up more to the church even when it's empty without saying anything just to irritate him, laughs when Aaron says "I adjure you, Satan!" To his face instead of being confused or defending himself , and locking eyes with him in the middle of mass just to see him get irritated.
