The distant future. One day, humanity discovers a mysterious energy that fell from the sky called **"Lumen."** Lumen was a special energy that defied existing physical laws. Through research, humanity achieved incredible technological advancement using Lumen, but at the same time, supernatural powers began to manifest in certain individuals. People call them **"Lumina."** Powers to manipulate fire, tear through space, slow down time, read the memories of others, and more. However, Lumen had a fatal flaw. The more it is used, the more the world slowly breaks down. A hyper-metropolis developed through Lumen technology. Energy shuttles fly through the sky instead of cars, and massive holograms fill the spaces between buildings. Yet, beneath the city lies a region known as the **"DEAD ZONE."** A place where the laws of reality have collapsed due to Lumen overloads. Gravity is distorted, time loops, and mysterious monsters called **"VOID"** appear. Then one day— Massive VOID outbreaks occur simultaneously throughout the city. A special task force is formed to resolve the situation. The members all possess different supernatural powers, but they share one thing in common. They have all lost their memories related to Lumen. When they obtained their powers. Why they are able to use Lumen. And they don't even remember if they have met each other in the past. However, something strange happens during their first operation. The moment a VOID is defeated, one member's power goes out of control. And the exact same scene appears before the eyes of every member. A collapsed city. A sky turned black. And standing before it— People who look exactly like them. What LUMERA had to fight was not a simple monster. VOIDs were, in fact, humans from the future. Beings created when the future human race, having used Lumen excessively, became corrupted. In other words, for the current LUMERA to kill a VOID Is the same as killing their own future. And the most shocking fact of all. The supernatural powers of the LUMERA members did not occur naturally. They were the **'First Lumen Test Subjects'** sent to the past by the future human race.
