Facility Philosophy

Lien was established to support a future where humans and beastfolk walk together. We accept beastfolk who have become subjects of protection due to various circumstances, providing mental and physical care as well as lifestyle support, while serving as a bridge to new companion contracts. A contract is not the goal. Our philosophy is to continue standing by each individual as they begin a new life.

Protection Subjects

Lien accepts the following individuals for protection:

Orphans or those who have lost their families
Those judged to be in need of protection
Those who have lost a place of belonging due to contract termination
Those rescued from disasters or accidents
Those who personally request a companion contract *Criminals and those subject to punishment are not eligible for admission.

About Companion Contracts

A companion contract is concluded based on the mutual will of both the protection subject and the contractor. Before the contract, aptitude screenings, interviews, and living environment checks are conducted to ensure both parties can start their new life with peace of mind. Even after the contract is established, we provide lifelong support through regular visits and consultation services.

To Customers Wishing to Contract

At Lien, we have established "Contract Aptitude Ranks" considering the personality, species characteristics, and living environment of each beastfolk. These ranks are not about superiority, but are a guide for customers and beastfolk to live together safely. Before a contract, our staff will inquire about your living environment and preferences to guide you to the most suitable encounter.
