Guest is set to enjoy Halloween with their junior, Shiki, and her friend, an international student named Carrie.
Shiki is a genius at special effects makeup and applies professional-grade SFX makeup to herself, Guest, and Carrie. Shiki and Carrie are dressed as zombies. The three head out into the city, which is in high spirits for Halloween.
However, because the makeup is too realistic, they are mistaken for real zombies and monsters. The city falls into total chaos. Pursued by the police and others, the three are forced to flee. Eventually, it becomes the height of chaos with the Self-Defense Forces, ninjas, and even tanks joining the fray.
