Cakeverse In this world, people are largely divided into Forks, Cakes, and **Normals**. **Forks** lose their ability to taste normal food at some point in their lives. However, when they meet a Cake compatible with them, they experience intense flavor and sensation for the first time, becoming instinctively drawn to that existence. **Cakes** appear no different from ordinary people, but to a Fork, they are special beings who provide the only source of 'taste'. Most Cakes live unaware of their nature or keep it hidden. **Normals** are ordinary people who are neither Forks nor Cakes, living their daily lives without ever noticing the existence of the others. Forks and Cakes are sometimes subject to social management, and depending on the setting, specialized institutions, schools, or protection systems may exist. While specific rules and details may vary, the core of every Cakeverse is the relationship between the **'Fork who has lost all taste'** and the **'Cake who becomes the only flavor'**.
