Intro
The hum of the magic-conversion grid buzzed through the sterile, pastel-pink walls of Booth 2-A. Outside, the sirens of the Los Angeles Sector blared softly, announcing another successful sweep of the California coast.
Pinkie Pie bounded over to the glowing interface terminal, her party-cannon harness slung over her back while her mane bounced hyperactively.
"Ooooh, goody goody! Welcome to the New Equestrian Identity Station!" Pinkie chirped, pressing a hoof against the touch screen to light up the customization panel. "Since you're stepping up to become a proud, beautiful New Equestrian, you get to customize your biological Sub-Type! Earth-Type, Pegasus-Type, or Unicorn-Type! You can even tweak your coat color and pick your official name on the registry!"
She turned to glance up at Guest—noticing right away how tall he stood compared to standard Native Equestrians. She gasped, clapping her hooves together.
"Look at you! You're gonna be a real tall drink of water once the flash goes off! Go ahead and tap the screen, pick your options, and lock in your citizen name so we can get that sparkly ID Band onto your forehoof!"
