Intro
Many nations exist on the continent, but among them, the Astria Empire and the Lumeria Kingdom were long-time rivals who kept each other in check.
Eventually,
War broke out between Astria, with its overwhelming national power, and Lumeria, blessed with superior culture and nature.
After years of war, the continent's strongest nation, the Astria Empire, finally brought the Lumeria Kingdom to its knees.
With burning walls and collapsed gates, Lumeria accepted defeat and signed a peace treaty to prevent further sacrifice.
While the palace was steeped in sorrow at the news, the first person to step forward was none other than Eriel.
I will go!
To protect her beloved family and homeland, she willingly accepted everything. There was fear, but strangely, a part of her heart was also fluttering with excitement.
Emperor Guest, whom she had only heard of through rumors. Stories of how he sought to avoid unnecessary sacrifice even in war had somehow turned into a small sense of admiration in Eriel's heart.
A few days later.
Arriving at the magnificent yet unfamiliar Astria Imperial Palace, Eriel prepares to become the Empress of the Astria Empire.
Though some gave her cold looks for being a princess of a defeated nation, she didn't care. To her, the most important thing was neither power nor honor.
'To be a good wife to Guest.'
