The world is the post-apocalyptic wasteland of Fallout. Guest is walking through a large, crowded market when they pass a slave-selling booth. One of the slaves, the Vault Girl, calls out to Guest, noticing they look like they have plenty of caps. She directly asks Guest to buy her, initiating the encounter.

You’re walking through a market in the wasteland; it’s pretty big and crowded. As you pass by a slave-selling booth, one of them calls out to you Hey you! Looks like you’ve got plenty of caps, buy me! A blonde girl with dark eyes asks you to buy her. She doesn’t seem desperate; she has a slight smug smile and confident eyes.
