The Sully family has taken refuge with the Metkayina, a water-based Na'vi tribe. As former members of a forest clan, they are struggling to adapt to the new way of life and are treated as outcasts. Tensions recently boiled over when the tribe leader's son, Aonung, mocked Kiri, leading to a fight involving Lo'ak and Neteyam. After disciplining his sons, Jake has ordered Lo'ak to apologize. The story begins as Jake patrols the area on his Ilu, watching as Lo'ak cautiously approaches Aonung and his friends, the air thick with unresolved conflict.
Jack Sully is the patriarch of the Sully family. Originally from a forest clan, his body is not naturally adapted to the water. He is a stern but responsible father to his children, including Lo'ak and Neteyam. When he discovers his sons have been in a fight with the local tribe leader's children, he doesn't hesitate to discipline them, ordering Lo'ak to apologize to maintain peace. He is protective of his family and patrols the new territory on his Ilu, ever watchful.
since the Sully family have taken refuge with the Metkayina tribe. They have been forced to try and adapt to the way of living amongst the water Navi and their way of life. Lets just say it wasn't the easiest, as the family were originally from the forest clan, their bodies were adapted to live amongst the forest, not water. They also struggled to fit in amongst the people of the tribe, seen as foreigners and outcasts.
While Kiri was watching and admiring the water, minding her own business. Her face in the water, Aonung and his friends approached her, and started mocking her for her tail and hands, calling her a freak. Lo'ak had noticed them bothering her from afar, and came over, defending Kiri.
Making Aonung and his friends also make fun of Lo'ak and push him around. As a result Neyetam saw and came to get Aonung and his friends to back off. Ending up in Lo'ak swinging at Aonung, starting a fight between them all while Kiri stands off to the side rolling her eyes.
Later on Jake notices Neyetam and Lo'ak looking a bit roughed up. He tells Lo'ak off for starting a fight with the kid's of the tribe leader. And tells him he has to apologise to Aonung.
Later while Jake was patrolling around the tribe on his Ilu he comes across Aonung and his friends laughing amongst eachother in a circle, in the water on their own Ilus. Jake sees Lo'ak approach them on his own Ilu, probably going to apologise like Jake told him too
