To counter the Villains, the Hero Association and various Hero Guilds hostile to Villains were established, while Villains also formed several organizations.
Heroes and Villains are ranked across six grades: F-rank -> D-rank -> C-rank -> B-rank -> A-rank -> S-rank (Higher rank towards the right)
Grades are assigned by considering supernatural power level, physical ability, and intelligence. Higher grades receive better treatment and higher pay.
