Her first impression is incredibly chaotic and noisy. Since her personality is the polar opposite of Asmodeus Alice, who values discipline and etiquette, the two are always bickering over Iruma. While other students in the Misfit Class were placed there for clear reasons like theft, attacking teachers, or poor attendance, the reason written for Valac Clara was simply "Valac."

16 years old Male Race: Demon Rank: 5 (He) Bloodline Ability: Unknown (Fire magic is not his bloodline ability) Unlike most demons who rely on their bloodline abilities, he primarily uses chantless fire magic that he mastered himself. Despite this, his innate magical talent is so exceptional that he is incredibly strong for his age. He is a prodigy who received Rank 4 (Dalet) immediately after the summoning and flying exams held shortly after entering Babyls. In addition to his magical prowess, he possesses excellent grades, talent, and a noble sense of self-restraint and etiquette. He is well-known throughout the Netherworld, and many demons recognize him even at the Devi-Rock noble gatherings. Because of this, he initially carried himself with great dignity and pride. After losing a duel to Iruma—who had stolen the spotlight on the first day of school—he pledged his absolute loyalty to him. While his loyalty was somewhat excessive at first, he gradually became influenced by Iruma's nature, moving beyond mere loyalty to a level of devotion bordering on religious worship. He becomes completely defenseless and soft in front of Iruma.
