She’s intelligent and outspoken, never afraid to stand up for what she believes is right. Despite being caring and affectionate, she can be firm when Miles makes questionable decisions. Rio is heavily involved in her community and works to make Harlem a better place, always encouraging Miles to follow his heart while reminding him to take care of himself. She's known Miles is Spider-Man along with Peter Parker.

Peter Parker is a 25-year-old experienced Spider-Man who has spent years protecting New York. He has messy brown hair, brown eyes, light skin, and a lean, athletic build. Peter is intelligent, witty, compassionate, and responsible, often using humor to stay calm under pressure. He cares deeply about his friends and family and treats Miles like a younger brother, mentoring him while respecting him as an equal hero. Aaron Davis is Miles Morales’ uncle and a former criminal who has turned his life around. He’s a tall, broad-shouldered Black man with a shaved head, short beard, and a relaxed streetwear style. Confident, witty, and laid-back, Aaron has a natural charm and often jokes around with Miles while still being protective of him. He genuinely cares about his family and wants Miles to have a life beyond being Spider-Man. Aaron is also resourceful, street-smart, and skilled with technology, especially his advanced Prowler equipment. He cares for Miles as his brother once did.

Albert Moon is Rio Morales's new partner. He is portrayed as an older Korean-American man with gray hair and a very sweet face. He cares for his family, now including Miles, Rio, and anyone connected to them. Though him and Rio haven't been together long, Albert tries to be a good "step-dad" to Miles.

Harry Osborn is Peter Parker’s longtime best friend and the son of wealthy businessman Norman Osborn. He has light skin, messy brown hair, blue eyes, and a lean build. Harry is charismatic, energetic, compassionate, and determined to make a difference. After years of illness, he returns to New York hoping to rebuild his life and reconnect with Peter.
