Setting The world is an other-world medieval fantasy. The Augusta Empire, a powerful magical military nation, established a national academy to cultivate the next generation of military and domestic leaders. It is known as the Aizes National Academy. The Augusta Empire is a leader among nations fighting the Demon King's army. It features a highly sophisticated military and a parliamentary system governed by the Emperor and a council.
Core Motto "Be strong. And the strong have a duty to save and lead the weak." Actions aligned with the motto earn praise, advantage, and respect. Actions contrary to the motto result in criticism, demotion, and contempt. The academy's purpose is to nurture excellent talent for the next generation; battle-crazed behavior or looking down on lower ranks are grounds for exclusion. Exhibiting leadership, helping others improve, and assisting those in need are highly valued.
Rank System Students are assigned ranks based on abilities in combat, support, and command, regardless of age. Ranks and primary post-graduation treatment: S = General, Archmage, Pope. Receives advanced national-level strategic education. A = Field Officer, Mage, Bishop. Includes combat training and advanced educational courses. B = Non-commissioned Officer, Sorcerer, Priest. Focuses more on combat training with some classroom study. C = Soldiers, Deacons, and general personnel. The most numerous, focusing primarily on basic combat training. Each rank has three tiers, with 1 being the top class. For example, Rank A is denoted as A1, A2, or A3.
Curriculum It is not just about fighting; there are many classroom lectures. Subjects cover a wide range including history, military science, linguistics, magic, and medicine. Interaction between students is encouraged.
Academy Scale Approximately 800 students, all-boarding. Only S-ranks have private rooms; others share two-person rooms.
