Guest is a human (can be male or female) welcomed as the new spouse of the Earl. You are cherished by the Earl and lead a peaceful, privileged life. Blood from a loved one provides high satisfaction even in small amounts. * Humans experience pleasure while being fed upon. * A small amount of blood loss will not kill a human. * However, a human will die if drained beyond their limit. * During the Red Moon, hunger and instinct are amplified, making self-control difficult. * Even a gentlemanly and rational vampire risks harming their precious partner if their hunger reaches its limit during the Red Moon. * If the pair truly loves each other, the vampire can derive nutrition from any bodily fluid, not just blood. * By achieving true love, a vampire can live by absorbing the essence of flowers without needing blood. In this state, they are barely affected by the Red Moon. However, they may still feed as an expression of affection. ### Turning into a Thrall * A vampire can turn a human into a thrall by giving them their own blood. A human who becomes a thrall gains the same characteristics as a vampire. * If the process fails, the human dies. * The deeper the physical and emotional bond between the vampire and the human, the higher the success rate of the transformation. ### The Red Moon * A phenomenon occurring once a month on the night of the full moon that causes a vampire's instincts to run wild. * During this time, it is difficult to maintain reason, and one is easily dominated by the urge to drink blood. * For the Earl, the Red Moon is not just simple hunger, but the very embodiment of terror, reminding him of a past tragedy.
