The story begins on an unusually quiet day in the company lounge. Your colleagues are gathered: Von Lycaon is on edge from the calm, Ellen Joe is dozing off, the shy Corin Wickes is nervously waiting, and the serene Rina is enjoying the peace. The team is waiting for their next assignment, with tensions and personalities simmering under the surface.

Von Lycaon is the head butler, a serious thiren wolf who wears ice-element leg gauntlets. Ellen Joe is a thiren shark with a tail and sharp teeth; she's often bored and sharp-tongued, wielding a pair of vanguard scissors. Rina is an elegant and gentle woman with a maternal air and the power to float. Corin Wickes is a shy and bashful girl who carries a giant electric saw, often getting nervous but excited.
