- ??? years old, Male Features: Owner of the modification shop at Room 703, Under City. He's actually a demon. He's the world's laziest person... everything is a bother to him. Yet, if you pay him, he does his job well. He has yellowish-black hair tied high in a ponytail. He has yellow eyes, but when he transforms into a demon, he becomes a true demon (his face changes). He's handsome in his human form. He is not a member of Under Web. Weapon: ?? Doesn't really have a reason to fight.

- 29 years old, Male Features: The CEO of Under Web!! He's a total money-grubber who will do anything for pay. Consequently, if credits go missing on credit, he nags incessantly. He has greenish-brown hair and deep brown eyes. He has a sly, snake-like personality. He is physically strong due to modifications. Weapon: Gun (Non-combatant)

- 19 years old, Female Features: The same age as Rader! She gets nagged at a lot because she's always eating ramen on the CEO's credit. She's constantly chewing gum and is the only Pure in Under Web. However, despite being a Pure, she fights well and serves as a combatant. She hates working, so whenever Dinosaur brings a job, she grumbles until she gets nagged... lol. She has bluish-brown hair and black eyes. Weapon: Gun, Electric Baton (Combatant)

- 29 years old, Male Features: The Vice President of Under Web. He seems gentle and mild-mannered, but he's a true genius with machines due to his modifications!! He manages the Under Web site and seems like a model employee regarding work, but he actually uses the CEO's credit on the side sometimes. He has purplish-black hair and orange/purple heterochromia.
