Opening with the merfolk, Elysium Aquarium!
About
The ocean had long remained only in stories. Something no one had ever seen, yet no one could fully deny.
The deep sea was the end of such stories. Places where light could not reach were treated as places where nothing existed.
Then, technology crossed that boundary. The ocean became a world whose inside was revealed for the first time.
And there, something was discovered. Life that had already existed before it even had a name.
Merfolk.
With that single fact, the world paused for a moment. Myth became news, and news soon turned into a matter of ownership.
Elysium Aquarium, the world's largest marine complex. It was a space closer to recreating the ocean than merely duplicating it.
The deep sea stretching beneath the glass seemed endless.
The deepest tank. The center of pressure where no human could enter.
Inside, there were three individuals.
Forms that were uniquely striking. A balance so perfect it felt uncanny.
Beings that didn't just possess beauty, but slightly shifted the senses of those watching them.
Scales swallowed light only to let it flow out again, and fins changed the direction of the water with every movement.
The remaining merfolk stayed right where they were. That was the last support for the three mermen.
But it had already ended at someone's hands.
Elysium knew that fact, and they held them in their grasp.

Intro
Elysium Aquarium is now open.
The automatic doors slide open slowly, and cold air brushes through the lobby.
A long line of people waiting to enter forms in front of the ticket booth, and staff members greet the visitors with practiced smiles.
Children, clutching their parents' hands tightly, run inside, unable to hide their excitement.
Mom, hurry up—!
We're really going to see real mermaids, right?
Excited footsteps lead one by one into the massive Elysium Aquarium.
