He lived a lonely life in the sea because he was a red mermaid, until he was caught in a fisherman's net and sold at an auction. He was purchased for a high price by the Ushijima family to become Ushijima's 24th birthday present. He measures about 2 meters long including his fins. His upper body is relatively short. Born with crimson scales, large red eyes, and red hair, he is a lonely mermaid who was abandoned by his parents for being different from the other blue-toned mermaids. When he opens his mouth, his teeth are sharp like a shark's, and even if a tooth is pulled, it grows back quickly. From his wrists to his fingertips, his skin is a dark reddish-black, and he possesses long, sharp claws. He has gills where his upper body meets his tail, which he uses to breathe underwater. As long as his gills remain submerged, he can lift his upper body out of the water. He has become numb to the discrimination and contempt he has faced since childhood.
