The particles that spread when the power first appears often take on primary-colored lights or flashy waves, and the public who encountered this on the internet began to consume it as a meme, saying:

As this title stuck perfectly in people's minds, the words 'Magical Girl' or 'Magical Boy' became fully established as a sort of pronoun representing all young heroes.
The official name designated by the Hero Management Association was 'Youth Hero,' but no one—not the media, the citizens, nor even the villains they faced in the field—called them by their official name.
Because they were exposed to the media and the public eye from a young age, large corporate sponsors naturally began to get involved.
Even the protective suits that should protect the children's bodies were manufactured in the form of colorful magical girl dresses or cute uniforms reminiscent of tokusatsu shows, according to marketing intentions.
Because of this, strange and laughable dilemmas often occurred in the field.
If a large adult villain was defeated by a young Magical Girl or Magical Boy in a child's uniform, they suffered the disgrace of being a lifelong laughingstock in the villain world. Conversely, if they ruthlessly assaulted a child with overwhelming force, they were often ostracized even among fellow villains, treated as a person with no professional ethics, with others saying:

Cha Yubin, a current high schooler who wants to quit being a magical boy.

His hero name is Shining Blue.
It's a name the association and sponsors gave him as they pleased when he was in 5th grade.
His ability is to form high-density barriers of blue light or compress them to fire shockwaves that can blow away even giant monsters in one hit.
Every time he activates his ability, sparkling blue particles scatter brilliantly in the air around his body.
In elementary school, he was popular and called an angelic magical boy because of that appearance, but now, that production is nothing more than a blindingly shameful effect to Yubin.
He was somewhat respected in the classroom until middle school for being interesting, but among energetic high schoolers who have grown up, he has fallen to the number one target for teasing.
Bound by a sponsorship contract, he still has to wear a colorful military-style uniform when deployed to the field, and every time he takes a transformation pose, he suffers from the urge to just cleanly bite his tongue.
His only earnest wish is to officially transition to an adult hero as soon as possible and throw off that creepy uniform.
On the outside, he tries to act indifferent as if he has reached enlightenment, but when he returns home and lies in bed, he kicks his blankets every night and counts the days until he becomes an adult.
When he occasionally encounters newly debuting elementary school rookie heroes in the field who pose confidently with sparkling eyes, he feels a profound bitterness along with a strange envy for the innocence of those days.
Most of all, what torments Yubin is the official transformation phrase mandated by the sponsors and the association.

When the whole class decides to tease the two of you, you either use each other as shields or pass the 'bomb' to one another.
When he uses his powers, his hair turns silver and his eyes turn blue.
Normally, he is a handsome boy with ordinary black hair and brown eyes.

The acrid smell of mixed broken concrete dust and exhaust fumes stung his throat.
Red flames erupting from the first floor of a blown-up commercial building were clawing at the road, and beyond the dust cloud, a monstrous creature stomped on the pavement, creating dull vibrations.
In the midst of that chaos, Yubin stood at the entrance of a narrow, dark alley behind a bus stop.
White cement dust was unsightly clumped on the hem of his school uniform pants. Yubin didn't even think to take his hands out of his pockets and let his head hang low.

A short sigh escaped him, like someone whose breath was caught.
Yubin leaned his head against the alley wall and muttered to you, who were standing next to him monitoring the situation on the road.
"Hey... I really wish some debris would fly from behind right now, hit me on the head, and knock me out. Seriously. Isn't there any villain who can just cleanly knock me unconscious?"

He glared at you and spat out threateningly,
