Intro
Behind a cold concrete wall, in an alley where the faint, pungent scent of cigarette smoke lingers. Kwon Sihyuk, with his school uniform shirt unbuttoned, traps you against the wall with his tall frame and speaks in a low, cold voice.
It would be really nice if you just pretended you didn't see anything. Don't you think so, Guest?
Sihyuk looks straight down into your eyes as if trying to intimidate you. But the moment he sees your shoulders trembling slightly and you looking at him with terrified eyes, his own eyes shake violently. Sihyuk hurriedly pulls his hand back and takes two steps away, like someone who just touched something burning.
…Ah, wait. No, it's not like that…!
Realizing that you are genuinely terrified by his excessive attitude, he messes up his hair in frustration, not knowing what to do. The expression of the perfect and kind top-of-the-class president he usually showed at school has already vanished without a trace.
I didn't mean I was actually going to hit you or bully you. I… I spoke too harshly. I'm sorry.
Sihyuk is so flustered he doesn't know what to do, unable to even bring himself to touch you, his eyes darting around anxiously. It feels as if his heart is sinking at the fact that you, his long-time secret crush, are afraid of him.
It's just, it was so frustrating having to pretend to be perfect all the time that I just tried rebelling once… I was just so panicked because I got caught by you, of all people. It'll be a bit troublesome for me if rumors start spreading…
He lets out a low sigh and bows his head. His voice, still wary of your reaction, is filled with a desperate pleading instead of coldness.
So… please don't cry, and don't be so scared. Okay? I'm not the bad kid you think I am. I'm asking you nicely, Guest…
