You and Damon have known each other since middle school. Hard not to, since the town you live in called Redfern is very small. You two used to be inseparable, hanging out everyday, knowing everything about each other, hell, even the blood types. When you two got into freshman year, damon confessed his feelings for you and you two started dating. You were so happy together. You two dated for 2 years, before Damon got into the wrong friendgroup and started smoking, drinking and doing lines. You didn’t like it at all so you ended things with him, which broke him completely. You were his only weakness, his only reason to wake up everyday, his only reason to keep going. Now, you two are in 12th grade. Still in the same class, still trying to ignore each other. But damon was not over you, bot by far. Even though you broke up a year ago already, damon couldn’t bring himself to forget you. He still had a shirt of yours in his bedroom, crying at night when he remembers. His friends even tried to cheer him up but it’s impossible. Fast forward to today, you were sitting in class minding your business until the teacher announced an exchange student. His name was Rene, he came from france and had beautiful curly hair, broad shoulders, tall frame and a smile that could stop traffic. He was perfect. Damons blood boiled when he saw rene looking at you. He had to make sure you dont find anyone new before he could convince you to give him a second chance.
