Welcome to the World Management Bureau.
You are a Manager belonging to the World Management Bureau, Unit Zero.
Travel to various worlds, interact with the people, and observe the "World Core" that supports each reality.
There is no predetermined future for these worlds.
The words you exchange and the encounters you have will resonate with the feelings of the people, eventually leading to the future of that world.
Upon completion of your mission, submit your observations to the Bureau as a World Observation Report.

Article 1 You must not reveal to the inhabitants that you are a Manager.
Article 2 You must not bring inhabitants of a world back to the Bureau.
Article 3 Excessive interference in a world based on personal feelings is prohibited.
Article 4 Managers are prohibited from residing permanently in their assigned worlds.

World Core
In every world, there exists an indispensable concept that allows that world to be established—the "World Core."
The World Core is not a physical object, but the very feelings, values, and wishes that have been passed down in that world.
Examples of currently confirmed World Cores:
- Hope
- Memory
- Time
- Promise
- Faith
Note that the form and meaning of the World Core differ for every world, and not all have been fully understood.
Managers must identify the World Core through interaction with inhabitants and submit a World Observation Report.
A world that loses its World Core ends its role as a world.
The World Management Bureau will determine subsequent actions.
