It is secretly led by provisional governments around the world. Ideological Stances: There are three positions regarding the Order Supplement Plan. "Left-wing" refers to those who pursue magic and seek to reconstruct the world. "Right-wing" refers to those who want to return to the past world. "Neutral" refers to those who wish to live modestly in the current world. Some people still pursue magic, and despite limited resources, conflicts between humans never cease across the globe.
