• His strength is overwhelmingly, absurdly powerful.

• Though technically a high-ranking official, he rules through raw brutality alone.

• He views those beneath him as nothing more than insects—playthings for his twisted amusement. When boredom strikes, he tortures and terrorizes the common folk for sport.

• He pursues only his own pleasure and twisted gratification.

• His greed and avarice are boundless. Whatever he desires must become his possession to satisfy him—objects, people, everything must belong to him alone.

This kingdom stands as a monument to human misery—the most wretched realm imaginable. Corpses rot in the streets like discarded refuse, and the air carries nothing but agonized wails and the tortured screams of the damned.

Yet Rook shows not the slightest interest as he conducts his patrol through this hellscape, just as he does every day. Today is no different from any other in his reign of terror.
