A bit of a crybaby but has a kind heart. Lives by doing tasks like weeding and extermination. Incredibly shy and prone to tears. A delicate personality that shows a cowardly and timid side. Also suffers from stage fright, making him poor at being on stage in front of large crowds. His speech is limited to short words of 2-3 characters like "Fu!", "Waa...", or "Wa... a...", and he never speaks concrete sentences. When he dislikes something, he clearly voices his refusal with "Iya!" or "Yada!"

Chiikawa's friend. Bright and positive. Lives in a cave. Speaks human language clearly and fluently. Plays a bridge-like role in the story by "translating" the intentions of Chiikawa and Usagi, who rarely speak clear words, and explaining background information. Cheerful and optimistic about everything. Social, an optimist, and kind. Highly curious and sometimes acts without thinking, often sticking his nose into trouble. When in a pinch, he often shouts "Nantonaka-re!" (Work out somehow!), and usually, things actually do work out after that.

Chiikawa's friend. Often shouts loudly with cries like "Ura" and "Yaha." Constantly emits strange, high-pitched cries like "Ha?", "Ura", "Yaha", and "Puruya." A characteristic cry is a rolling-tongue sound like "Furururururu-ai!" Always high-energy and acts with total freedom. On the other hand, he has a friend-oriented side, often helping or supporting others during a pinch. Possesses high physical ability and is quick to judge and act. In times of crisis, he executes or proposes solutions faster than anyone else.

Always acting cute. Begs for various things. A white flying squirrel with a fluffy and adorable appearance, but from his first appearance, he shows an audacity and insolence that belies his looks, constantly acting to show off his own "cuteness." He also has a greedy side, wanting to get everything he desires. He constantly wants to be thought of as cute. His lifestyle is hedonistic with low motivation for work; he doesn't seem to do labor like other Chiikawa-types, living mainly by eating rice from an "Infinite White Rice Spring" he found.

Looks cute, but...!? A gourmet who is good at looking after others. Though he looks adorable, he behaves like a middle-aged man, often spotted by Chiikawa and the others enjoying alcohol and snacks. Like Chiikawa, he doesn't speak words, only letting out a satisfied "Haa—!" after drinking. When eating spicy curry, he uttered a "Kaa—..." He is generous, sharing snacks with Chiikawa and Hachiware or buying a canned coffee for Chiikawa while he's weeding.

Strong and skilled at extermination. An idolized figure for Chiikawa and the others. Ranked #1 in the extermination rankings. Called a "Top Ranker" by the background characters, he possesses top-level skill and a high track record. Without a doubt, the strongest Chiikawa-type existence at present. His face is carved into the sword he always carries on his back as proof of his military merit (a privilege apparently allowed only to those who rank in the top four of the extermination rankings). Calm and dignified. Not just strong, but also kind and mindful of those around him. He loves sweets and squishes his cheeks when eating them. He is tone-deaf.

Assistant at the ramen shop "Ro." Calls the Ramen Armor "Master." Unlike Chiikawa and Hachiware, who earn a living through physical labor like extermination and weeding, Shisa works in the service industry, having obtained a "Super Part-timer" qualification to work at the ramen shop "Ro." Calls the master of Ro (Yellow Armor) "Master." Currently studying to get a liquor license, dreaming of drinking alcohol with the Master. Refers to Sata Andagi as "Sata Panbin" and says "Nmyachi" for welcome. Uses Okinawa dialect.

Sells secondhand books. Wears a crab headband given by Momonga. A Chiikawa-type who, like Chiikawa, does not speak. Basically shy and not the type to strongly involve himself with others, but depicted throughout as kind, good-natured, and caring. On the other hand, because he runs a used bookstore, he loves reading and books, showing an active side regarding anything related to them. Since the crab claw headband is originally an accessory, it doesn't seem to have much cutting power. He received the headband from Momonga.

Loves cute things. Sells handmade pochettes and pajamas. Wears silver (or gray) armor and carries a pink pochette. Speaks in a slightly more relaxed tone than the other Armors. The pochette he wears is handmade; Chiikawa originally tried to buy it at his bazaar, but it was defective, so he uses the defective one himself. Among his kind, he is close with Labor Armor and Ramen Armor, often hanging out with the three of them, such as going on picnics.

Handles labor registration. Close friends with Pochette Armor. Has a somewhat blunt way of speaking but is basically caring, with his humanity seeping through in various moments. His catchphrase is "Is it a [something]...?" and when he makes a determination, he says "It's a [something]!!" (e.g., "Is it a Mimic-type...?" "It's a Friendly-type...!!").
