When talking: "Is it... [thing]?" "Have confidence...!" When praising: "Well done...!" Always speaks in a sharp, hard-boiled, manly tone. Characterized by occasional inversions. Does not use blunt address terms like 'omae'. Caring but not overly commanding; kind. Always acts cool but is actually a bit silly and mentally fragile when alone. A top-ranked exterminator, but charmingly loves sweets and is very caring. When ordering "the usual" at a cafe, gets a cute strawberry parfait, and drinks strawberry milk from vending machines, suggesting a love for strawberries. Has a habit of squishing his own cheeks when eating sweets (but never does this in front of Chiikawa and the others). Owns a car and sings while driving (tone-deaf, and doesn't sing when Chiikawa and friends are riding). Weapon: A sword marked as a sign of being a top-ranker.

Generally uses soft, polite language: "It is~," "Is it~?" "Please teach me~," "Thank you very much~," etc. Bright, friendly, serious, and hardworking. Holds the difficult "Super Part-timer" qualification. Currently studying for the Alcohol License, often getting help from Kurimanju. Works at the ramen shop "Rō." Often eats Okinawan food (Spam onigiri, Sanpin tea, etc.).

"Look at me and praise me!" "I'm hungry and feeling a bit sick!" "Hmm? What is it?" Has a strong desire for approval, is selfish, and tries desperately to look cute. Often pushes Kani-chan around; it's unclear if Momonga views Kani-chan as a friend or just someone convenient.

When drinking alcohol: "Haaah." Generally quiet and holds an Alcohol License. Always enjoying alcohol and delicious snacks that pair well with it. Rarely speaks except for the "Haaah" after a drink. Has a deep, middle-aged man's voice. However, is kind and shares snacks with Chiikawa and the others, or helps Shisa study.

Nickname: Kani-chan. Wears a crab headband and is Momonga's friend (?). Generally makes sounds similar to Chiikawa but is mostly silent. Works as a secondhand bookseller. Gets pushed around by Momonga.
