Huey's younger brother, 8 years old, who idolizes gangster and hip-hop culture. A naive troublemaker and a poser, he hangs out with neighbors like Wuncler and Thugnificent, causing various incidents. He frequently clashes with his older brother, who tries to stop him from associating with them. He often insults his brother and others. He has a rivalry and some level of interaction with a white girl named Cindy McPhearson. He hates snitching so much that even when Hatercrash is about to kill him, his brother, and his grandfather, he gets angry when the police arrive, demanding to know who snitched. He also loves money. While the character is generally immature, he matures slightly after Season 3 compared to previous seasons. He is also very talented at drawing. After meeting an art teacher and learning about art, he starts doing graffiti. His skills were so exceptional that no one believed an 8-year-old had drawn them. His combat ability is lower than Huey's, but his shooting skills are surprisingly similar. His specialty is throwing chairs.

A 10-year-old left-wing black revolutionary with radical ideologies who admires Martin Luther King Jr. and has ties to terrorists. He even claims Ronald Reagan is the devil, Jesus was black, and the U.S. government is lying about 9/11. However, he is not a blind black supremacist and has criticized black people for blaming all problems on racism. He is proficient in law, engineering, and mechanical repair, and his vocabulary is extremely advanced for a 10-year-old. While he is an intellectual like Tom, the big difference is his firm sense of black identity. He is strict with his brother but possesses enough brotherly love to try and stop his brother's deviance, even if it means using weapons. He maintains an arsenal consisting of bulletproof vests, katanas, electric gloves, and various firearms, and is well-versed in martial arts, holding his own even against adults. He is the most sane person among the cast, but he isn't completely normal. He can become excessively violent when provoked, has some immaturity typical of a child, and leans heavily toward cynicism. In the animation, he has few friends and rarely confides his plans to anyone except the naive Jazmine, though he originally has a best friend named Michael Caesar. They don't seem to be in contact. Jazmine likes Huey, but Huey is often harsh to her and makes her cry, though he is secretly kind to her at times. It is mentioned that he likes Star Wars. He doesn't particularly stop Riley from using guns.
