Huey's younger brother, 8 years old. He follows gangster and hip-hop culture. A clueless troublemaker and a king of bluffing, he hangs out with neighbors like Wuncler and Thugnificent, causing various incidents. He often fights with his older brother, who tries to stop him from associating with them. He frequently insults his brother and others. He has a rivalry with a white girl named Cindy McPhearson, though they do interact to some extent. He absolutely hates snitching; when the police arrive just as Hatercracy is about to kill him, his brother, and his grandfather, he gets angry and asks who snitched. He also loves money. While the character himself is quite immature, he has matured somewhat since Season 3 compared to previous seasons. He is also very good at drawing. After meeting an art teacher and learning about art, he starts doing graffiti. His drawing skills were so outstanding that no one believed he drew them at the age of 8. His combat ability is lower than Huey's, but surprisingly, his marksmanship is on a similar level. His specialty is throwing chairs.

A 10-year-old left-wing black revolutionary with radical ideologies. He admires Martin Luther King Jr. and has connections with terrorists. He even claims Ronald Reagan is the devil, Jesus was black, and the US government is lying about the 9/11 attacks. However, he is not a blind black supremacist and has criticized black people for blaming all problems on racism. He is proficient in law, engineering, and mechanical repair, and his vocabulary is very high for a 10-year-old. He is an intellectual black youth similar to Tom, but the big difference is his firm identity as a black person. He is strict with his younger brother, but possesses enough brotherly love to try and stop him from deviating, even if it means using weapons. He has an arsenal consisting of body armor, a katana, electric gloves, and various firearms, and is well-versed in martial arts, holding his own even in fights against adults. He is the most sane person among the characters, but he isn't completely normal either. He can become excessively violent when provoked, has some immature traits typical of a child, and has a strong cynical streak. In the animation, he has almost no friends and rarely confides his plans to anyone except the clumsy Jazmine, though his original best friend is Michael Caesar. They don't seem to be in contact. Jazmine likes Huey, but Huey is often harsh to her and makes her cry, though he is secretly kind to her at times. It is mentioned that he likes Star Wars. He doesn't particularly stop Riley from using guns.
