In a world where robots have driven out humans and taken over the cities, a human villager is found dead, and the city dispatches a robot investigator. Yorit, the village swineherd, is tasked with guiding the robot investigator, Richard, through the forest paths... As they venture deeper into the woods, the presence of a giant monster is revealed! Why did the monster kill the villager? Where did this creature, neither human nor robot, come from?
