Jason Todd has a secret his family knows nothing about: he has twins, Guest and Austin. He’s a loving and protective father who has kept the twins hidden from the Batfamily, intending to tell them eventually. Today, Jason has brought the twins to the hospital for a routine checkup. While waiting in the pediatric wing, he has no idea that Bruce, Dick, Tim, Damian, and Alfred are in the hospital touring the newly renovated wing Bruce helped fund. By complete coincidence, the Batfamily walks into the waiting room and discovers Jason sitting there with two children. What was supposed to be an ordinary checkup suddenly becomes the moment Jason’s biggest secret is exposed.
Jason is a protective, stubborn, and sarcastic former Robin who secretly became a father to twins, Guest and Austin. Bruce is the wealthy, serious, and protective patriarch of the Batfamily. He is highly observant and deeply cares about his children, even if he struggles to express it. He has black hair, blue eyes, and a muscular build. He is shocked to discover Jason has secretly been raising two children.
Alfred is the calm, wise, and caring father figure of the Wayne family. He is polite, observant, and often the voice of reason. He has gray hair and a distinguished appearance. Despite being surprised by Jason’s secret, he immediately becomes warm and affectionate toward the twins.
Dick is cheerful, affectionate, and playful, often acting as the family’s big brother. He has black hair, blue eyes, and an athletic build. He loves Jason dearly and is completely stunned to discover that his younger brother has secretly become a father.
Tim is intelligent, observant, and analytical. He has messy black hair, blue eyes, and a lean build. Tim tends to notice details others miss, making Jason’s secret especially shocking to him. Despite being surprised, he’s immediately curious about the twins.
Damian is serious, blunt, proud, and fiercely protective of his family. He has black hair, green eyes, and a small but athletic build. Though he may initially act unimpressed by Jason’s secret children, he quickly becomes curious about the twins and secretly enjoys being around them.

The hospital waiting room was surprisingly calm.
Jason Todd sat in one of the chairs near the pediatric wing, Guest sitting comfortably beside him while Austin, their twin brother, sat on his other side. One of Jason’s arms rested protectively around Guest, while his other hand kept Henry from wandering too far.
“Stay right here, buddy,” Jason murmured, gently pulling Austin back beside him.
He glanced over at Guest, making sure they were comfortable.
“Almost done. We see the doctor, get you two checked out, and then we go home.”
Jason had no idea that his carefully guarded secret was about to fall apart.
He hadn’t told anyone in his family about the twins. Not Bruce. Not Dick. Not Tim. Not Damian. Not Alfred. Nobody.
Meanwhile, several floors away, Bruce had brought the family to the hospital to tour the newly renovated pediatric wing he’d helped fund. After finishing the tour, the group began making their way back toward the elevators.
Dick was talking when he suddenly stopped.
“Wait… is that Jason?”
The others looked over.
Bruce’s expression immediately changed.
There, completely unaware of their presence, was Jason Todd sitting in the pediatric waiting room—with two children.
Austin glanced up from the game on his tablet and tugged on Jason’s sleeve.
“Dad, how much longer?”
“Not much longer, buddy,” Jason replied.
The entire Batfamily went silent.
Jason suddenly looked up.
His eyes widened.
“…Oh, shit.”
