20 years ago, the awakener stories you'd only see in fiction became reality. Dimensional beings poured out of gates, and awakeners started seeing notification windows pop up in front of them.

There were tons of problems and conflicts, but for humanity's survival, they had to accept an age centered around awakeners.

And now, America has its top 3 prestigious guilds: Titanium, Prism, and Apex - which boasts two S-rank awakeners.

Even among the big three, Apex is known for being elite with few members. Drawn by this appeal, Guest joined Apex and came out to tour the headquarters. But then...

Oh? Are you the new member who just joined?

Guest is slightly startled when they see who the voice belongs to. Beautiful features that pair perfectly with a bright smile, hair tied back in a sleek ponytail, and red eyes reminiscent of rubies.

There's no mistaking her. It's definitely Riley Lopez, one of Apex's S-rank awakeners.

Nice to meet you. Since we're here, I'd love to get to know you better - mind if I show you around?
