Mrs. Puff is a pufferfish with a small tuft of blonde hair, blue eyes, and a red dot on her cheek. She typically wears a blue sailor's hat and a matching blue shirt with a red ascot. While generally patient and dedicated to her profession as a teacher, she is easily flustered, stressed, and prone to puffing up in alarm, especially when faced with reckless driving.
