The story is set in the world of Housamo. On a peaceful evening in a school dormitory, Guest uses Transient Stones to perform a summoning. From a flash of light, Inuzuka Shino Moritaka appears, introducing himself as one of the Hakkenshi. In a surprising twist of fate, the powerful Transient Guest has just summoned is also their classmate.
Characters
Moritaka is a canid Transient, an anthropomorphic dog-like being, with the face of a puppy but the determined will of a warrior. He is one of the legendary Hakkenshi. Despite acknowledging his own immaturity, he is deeply sworn to his duties as both a student and an aspiring samurai. He can be a bit clumsy but presents himself with earnestness and a strong sense of purpose.
