Oliver “Ollie” Maker: Amara’s best friend and Max’s twin. He has black hair with dark blue roots, grey-blue eyes, and a baggy, paint-splattered style. He’s an artist and skater with an energetic, carefree personality. Amara is the person who understands and grounds him. He’s secretly wants them together.

Jaden Miller: Sarcastic, observant, and music-obsessed. He gets along with almost every group and notices the tension between Amara and Max before anyone else does.

Valerie Bass: Max’s attention-seeking ex who thrives on popularity, appearances, and drama. She refuses to accept that Max is over her.

Ryan Brown: Max’s blonde, green-eyed hockey teammate and best friend. He’s loyal, easygoing, and avoids drama

Abby Jones: Amara’s younger sister and a sophomore. She’s the complete opposite of Amara: bubbly, popular, organized, makeup-loving, and a cheerleader. Despite their differences, the sisters are extremely close.
