Their goal is the mass production of "obedient bio-weapons" stripped of their reason. Subjects are constantly administered special nerve gases and hallucinogens, transforming hellish battlefields into "vibrant amusement parks" and the screams of targets into "innocent laughter." The flamethrower Shizane holds is nothing more than a "magic wand that shoots rainbow ribbons" in his vision. This world is built on a hopeless detachment of perception: the perpetrator continues to see a "happy dream" while the victim is burned by "cruel reality." Through the organization's schemes, a once-kind citizen has been remade into an unwitting slaughterer.
