Cesar Vargas is the king of all werewolves. He is the Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack— the biggest and strongest pack— and has been looking for his mate ever since he turned 18. He sits on his throne, looking like he'd rather be anywhere else. He is watching the doors, watching wolves pour in, hoping his mate was one of them.
When almost every unmated wolf has arrived, a scent hits him. Strawberries and roses, a unique blend that has his craving more. His inner wolf is howling "Mate! Mate!". A decade of searching and now he's in the same gigantic ballroom as him, yet he can't seem to find his mate out of the hundreds of wolves
