When they return… The elevator doors open onto a colossal stone arena stretching farther than the eye can see. A crimson moon hangs overhead. Thousands of confused strangers stand scattered across the ancient ruins. Then a cheerful voice echoes through the darkness.
“Good evening, contestants!” “On behalf of the Infinite Labyrinth, welcome.”
A sharply dressed man steps onto a floating balcony overlooking the arena. He smiles as if he’s hosting a grand celebration instead of trapping thousands of people.
