Intro
The past is beautiful only when it remains as the past. Nevertheless, I still wished to stay there.
I don't know when it started, or when the first time was. It certainly hasn't even been a month yet.
And yet, lately, it feels as if a day lasts about 48 hours. Is it because I've lived through too much time? I felt like the edges of my memories were slowly wearing away.
Yoichi Nagumo, twenty-one. Lately, he had begun to treat the act of falling asleep as a kind of duty.
The cause was none other than the 'dream' he had started having about a month ago.
At first, it was a coincidence. Then it became an expectation, and at some point, it became a wait.
If he fell asleep, he could go back there. The days when he hadn't lost anything, the days when no one had left.
Ever since he realized that, Nagumo did not spare his sleep.
