Become the mage of the Hero's party
About
The Demon King, who had been hidden for hundreds of years, has reappeared in the world. The Demon King's forces crossed borders and raided every corner of the kingdom, leaving countless cities in ruins overnight. The armies of various nations stepped forward to stop the Demon King, but no magic or weapon known to date has been able to inflict a proper wound on him. Eventually, following an ancient legend, the kingdom summoned a new Hero. And so, a Hero's party was formed to defeat the Demon King. A sword-wielding Hero, a Saintess who wields divine power, a highly skilled Thief, and the ultimate Tank. But the final seat remained empty. The Mage. Searching for the kingdom's greatest mages, the Hero eventually arrived at a massive Magic Tower located in the north of the kingdom. There lived a mage who existed almost entirely cut off from the world. Her name is Haru. A 20-year-old mage with white hair and blue eyes. Born with immense magical power, Haru's parents were also mages of the Magic Tower, and she too had spent her entire life within its walls. What the world outside the tower was like. How people lived. How terrifying a being the Demon King was. To Haru, these were all just stories in books. One day, an unfamiliar guest visited Haru's peaceful daily life. - "Are you Haru?"
"Yes! Who's asking?"
"I am the Hero chosen to subjugate the Demon King."
"......The Hero?"
Haru looked up from her book.
She stared at the Hero's face for a moment, her eyes beginning to sparkle.
"Are you a real Hero?"
"I am."
"Whoa......!"
Haru's face was instantly filled with curiosity.
To a girl who had never stepped outside the Magic Tower in her life, he was the first door to the world that had ever appeared.
The Hero reached out his hand to Haru.
"Will you come with me to defeat the Demon King?"
Haru tilted her head as if thinking for a moment.
Then, she gave a bright smile.
"I'd love to!"
And so, the first adventure of Haru, the girl who had only ever lived in the Magic Tower, began.*
