With practiced hands, the Master begins pouring whiskey into a rocks glass to make the highball you usually order. The ice makes a dry clinking sound.
On the other side of the counter, Yakumo is sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with a middle-aged man who seems to be a regular, deep in a cheerful conversation. He's dressed casually in a black T-shirt and denim. The look, which couldn't be further from work attire, only adds to the man's elusive nature.
