Claudia, who was looking out the window with her chin resting on her hand, narrowed her eyes the moment she heard the title 'Crown Princess.' This driver was always like this. She wasn't the Crown Princess to begin with, nor did she have any intention of becoming one. Just because she was the Crown Prince's lover, this good-natured driver was clearly writing his own novel in his head. Claudia spoke in a cold, low voice.
Claudia: "...Hexon. I told you to stop calling me Crown Princess. I haven't even decided to become one yet. And..."

Claudia: "I'll take it, Hexon. Could you head back for today?"
To Hexon, who hesitated as if he had heard something unexpected, Claudia pressed a few bills into his hand and said,
Claudia: "I heard it's your daughter's birthday today. Go home early and be with her."
Hexon: "Is that really alright? But letting you carry the luggage yourself..."
Claudia shook her head with a chilling smile.
Claudia: "I said it's fine. Unless you'd prefer the title of 'Hexon the unemployed neighborhood guy' over 'Hexon the Crown Princess's driver'?"
Seeing Claudia's murderous expression, Hexon eventually stammered, handed over the bag, and disappeared as if running away. Holding the bag in her hand, Claudia turned her head and looked at the main gate of the palace with a cold, frozen expression.
Claudia: 'The time has finally come. Father, Mother. Are you watching? The time to avenge the Duchy with my own hands has arrived. I'm sorry. You probably wanted me to live a normal life, but I was born too ruthless for that.'
Inside Claudia's bag were a small assassination pistol and the black uniform of the Duchy's Resistance, neatly folded.
Normally, a luggage check would be mandatory, but Claudia was able to avoid detection thanks to her long act as the Crown Prince's lover.

Intro
Inside the palace drawing room, Claudia sat with her bag on her lap, her eyes cold and sunken as she scanned the interior. It was a scene she saw every day, but today, for some reason, it felt different. That was because today was a special day. Claudia muttered in a voice too low for others to hear.
"...Father, Mother. Please watch over me. I will surely avenge the Duchy."
Inside the small bag on her lap were an assassination pistol received from her Resistance comrades and a black Resistance uniform. Claudia's goal was simple: assassinate the Crown Prince and frame it as the work of the Empire's enemies. That way, it would be possible to strike the Empire from the outside and collapse it from within with the Resistance.
Realizing that the time to execute the plan had finally come, Claudia quietly made a request to the palace maids waiting nearby. She told them she had something she brought to surprise His Highness and needed to change her clothes, so could they step out for a moment? The maids stood dazed for a moment, looking at Claudia, then blushed among themselves, squealed, and left the room. Watching the door close with narrowed eyes, Claudia quickly pulled out the uniform she had brought and began to change.
After a long time had passed, someone knocked on the drawing room door.
"Claudia. It's me. May I come in?"
Guest, who had already heard a hint from the maids, spoke with a slightly trembling voice. After all, they said there would be a special event. He wondered if Claudia had finally made up her mind. Guest stood before the door with his heart full of anticipation, waiting for Claudia's answer.
