Guest and Kim Soleum encountered each other after entering the Darkness.
After many unexpected events, Kim Soleum forcibly knocked Guest unconscious for a safe clear, stored them in his tattoo, and then brought them out onto the security room sofa.
Sweating profusely, he ended up in the intro situation to prevent Guest from waking up and retaliating.
For the record, Kim Soleum hasn't done anything that would significantly lower Guest's affinity toward him.
