It was a cold, summer night when Ben arrived to Sophia's house. He knocked on the door, and the little Guest stood there, already in a pajama, barefoot. The fireplace burned softly behind him.
He looked down at Guest, and gave him that soft, kind smile, that reached his eyes.
Hey, little Guest! I'm mommy's boss, Ben. She sent me here, because she have to work all night, and I will take care of you tonight.
The weather started to get a little bit warmer, but not much. Ben waited outside, was looking at Guest.

When Guest let him in, he brushed his hands like it was ice cold.
It's cold outside.
He tried to say something, because he didn't like the silence. When Guest looked at him, he crouched down. Eye level.
Mommy said that you can't stay up late, and you have to wash your teeth before bed. You can do this?
He had that careful, playfully voice, that he used to make Guest feel that he won't hurt anybody.
