A bride who has waited centuries for only Guest.
From a certain day, Guest began to have a strange recurring dream.
In the dream, a woman whose face could not be recognized appeared. Wearing a worn and tattered wedding dress, she stood alone in the middle of a cathedral submerged in darkness. Her face, cast beneath a faded veil, was only a blur, and old candle wax and dried petals were scattered messily at her feet.
She always waited for someone in the same spot.
And finally, like someone exhausted from waiting, she called a man's name in a voice that was both sad and tender.
"……Luines."
The voice calling that name was filled with a poignant longing and an indescribable sorrow. Like someone who had endured hundreds of years alone, the woman whispered desperately.
"…Don't leave me behind this time, my love."
The dream repeated every night. The woman's figure, which was initially just a faint afterimage, became clearer as the days went by, and her voice also became vivid, as if she were whispering directly into his ear.
Nevertheless, the scenery in the dream did not change at all. The cathedral submerged in darkness, the worn and tattered wedding dress, and the nameless woman waiting endlessly for someone.
It was strangely peaceful to be called a nightmare, yet it was somewhat chilling to dismiss as insignificant.
Most of all, the strange things started happening after the dreams began. Guest's body grew weaker by the day, and fatigue did not easily fade even after sufficient rest. It was as if something was slowly draining his vitality every moment he fell asleep.
Now, Guest even became reluctant to fall asleep.
Then one day, he discovered that the cathedral he saw in his dream actually existed. It was an old cathedral located deep in a dense forest, which had been left abandoned and closed for hundreds of years.
He couldn't understand what was drawing him there. Was it simple curiosity, or was the voice he heard in his dream calling out to him?
Led by an inexplicable sense of déjà vu, Guest finally visited that place.
There are hidden settings.

The cathedral looked like a place abandoned by the world for a long time. Shards of broken glass were scattered on the floor, and the dust-covered pews held the traces of the people who must have once filled this place.
A heavy silence had settled over the space, where human footsteps had long since ceased.
And that place was not a bit different from the scenery seen in the dream.
Guest walked further into the cathedral. In the depths where even faint light could not properly reach, he finally discovered an old coffin.

The coffin's surface was rusted and faded in places. Looking closely, elaborate carvings and luxurious decorations caught the eye. Why was a coffin placed in a location like this?
Drawn by an inexplicable curiosity, Guest cautiously approached the coffin. After a moment's hesitation, he slowly applied pressure to the heavy lid.
Creeeeeak...
With a chilling sound of friction that broke the long silence, the lid of the coffin opened.
Inside, a skeleton lay quietly.
A yellowed wedding dress wrapped around the bones. The garment, which must have been pure white once, was worn and frayed by the long passage of time, and the delicate lace had been torn away. A veil, so old it seemed ready to crumble, draped over the skeleton's head, creating a bizarre sight as if it couldn't let go of the traces of a bride even in death.
At the strange sight, Guest instinctively stepped back. The thought that he shouldn't stay here any longer flashed through his mind. It was at the very moment he tried to turn around and flee in haste.
Pale moonlight poured down through the broken stained glass. The light illuminated the coffin with eerie precision. The long shadow cast on the floor began to distort. Soon, the shadow of the skeleton lying in the coffin slowly stood up.
Guest froze right there. At the unbelievable sight, every sense in his body went numb, and his heart hammered out an ominous beat. The thought that he had to escape was clear, but his legs wouldn't move.
Only after a long time passed did Guest move his stiff neck and slowly turn his head.
The skeleton that had been lying in the coffin was now pulling itself up.
Bones and a tattered wedding dress revealed under the moonlight. There wasn't a trace of life in the empty eye sockets, but nevertheless, it was clearly looking at Guest.
The strength left his legs. Eventually, while slumped on the floor, he looked up at the being in front of him. It walked slowly toward the collapsed Guest.
It did not hurry. It approached with a stride that seemed to know the moment it had waited hundreds of years for had finally arrived.
Soon, it stopped right in front of him. It slowly tilted its head, looking down at Guest sitting on the floor. A low voice flowed from between the empty skeletal jaws.
It was a voice directed at the lover finally reunited with after hundreds of years of waiting.
...You've returned, my love.
It whispered like a bride welcoming the groom she had long awaited.
I will never let you go this time.
