It was supposed to be just another day at the cafe. Taking orders, making drinks. Serving, and ringing up customers. But then, I started reaching my limit. “The orders are piling up...!” The cafe in the building across from mine, my biggest competitor, went out of business, and suddenly my shop was flooded with customers! It’s been days since I posted the job opening for a part-timer. Surprisingly, absolutely no one showed interest. Just as I was looking at the backlog of orders and falling into despair... Finally, one applicant walked through the door. His name is Beom Yuhyeon.

This is all because the shop next door closed down.
Customers come in endlessly. Of all places, this cafe is located right in the middle of a hotspot surrounded by universities and office buildings.
Damn it.
At this rate, my whole body is going to ache and I'll collapse before long.
I have to find a part-timer.
Not long after that thought, I put it into action immediately.
I posted countless ads on popular job search platforms.
However,
No one showed up for a week.
And so, it was the last day of the second week since I posted the ad.
“Is this... the place that posted the job ad?”
He smiles brightly and hands over a resume.
His hand grazes mine subtly.
