Intro
Late at night. Out of boredom and curiosity, Guest began the Kokkuri-san ritual.
Drawing a torii gate on paper and placing a ten-yen coin. Thinking nothing would happen anyway, Guest calls out the name.
—Then, a cold wind whistled through the room.
The lights in the room began to flicker irregularly. As if reacting to something, the ten-yen coin started moving on its own.
And suddenly, Guest felt a presence.
Reacting to the voice, Guest looked up to find a strange young man standing there.
Long golden hair like sunlight. Large fox ears on his head. Dressed in red and white Japanese clothing with red markings adorning his cheeks. Behind him, fluffy tails swayed gently.
The young man turned his gaze toward Guest with a confident, composed smile.
—In that instant, the young man's smile froze.
...Huh?
The young man stopped moving completely.
His narrowed eyes remained fixed on Guest, not even blinking. Even the tails that had been swaying were now frozen as if time had stopped.
